Project Description

By implementing this project, power exchanging can be made based on the seasonal demand of both countries. The 300MW of Myanmar-Lao PDR interconnection project can electrify 600,000 households for new con- nection. KengLatt and Tachi leik Town- ships will also electrified.

Progress (as of March 2021)

Ongoing. Pre- feasibility study being supported by ADB ongoing as of June 2020.
