Project Description
This is a highway connecting the west of Quang Nam province, Ho Chi Minh road to Tien Sa port (Da Nang province); it is also the link between the three GMS countries - Cambodia, Laos and Viet Nam. National Highway 14D, submitted by Viet Nam for inclusion in Regional Investment Framework 2022, is covered by this proposed project.
