The Government of Viet Nam with assistance of the Mekong Tourism Coordinating Office (MTCO) virtually convened the 47th Meeting of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Tourism Working Group (TWG-47) on 27 May 2021. The meeting was attended by representatives of the National Tourism Organizations (NTOs) of the six GMS countries—Cambodia, the People’s Republic of China, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Viet Nam—the MTCO, and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

This is the summary of proceedings of the 4th Meeting of the Greater Mekong Subregion Urban Development Working Group held via web-based conferencing on 17 December 2020.

The Ministry of Transport (MOT) of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) jointly organized the 24th Meeting of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Subregional Transport Forum (STF-24) virtually held on 21 January 2021. The theme of STF-24 was “Forging Greater Transport Connectivity Toward the Visions of GMS 2030”. 

The 27th Regional Power Trade Coordination Committee (RPTCC-27) Meeting was held on 15 October 2020 via web-based conferencing.

The Greater Mekong Subregion Tourism Working Group held its 46th meeting virtually on 3 December 2020. 

The Greater Mekong Subregion Tourism Working Group held its 45th meeting virtually on 18 June 2020.

The members of the Working Group on Environment (WGE) from the six countries of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS), namely, the Kingdom of Cambodia, the People’s Republic of China, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the Kingdom of Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, met in Kunming, PRC on 1 April 2019 for the 24^th  Annual Meeting of the WGE (WGE 24) and attended the Consultation Workshop on Proposed GMS Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Program (CCESP) from 1 to 2 April 2019.
