The Twentieth Meeting of the Subregional Transport Forum (STF-20) was held in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, People’s Republic of China on 29–30 June 2016.

The 35th Meeting of the GMS Tourism Working Group (TWG-35) was held in Da Nang, Viet Nam on 16 June 2015, attended by representatives of the National Tourism Organizations (NTOs) of ve GMS countries (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, ailand, and Viet Nam), the Mekong Tourism Coordinating Office (MTCO), and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Representatives of PRC were unable to join.

The Fourth Meeting of the GMS Urban Development Task Force was held in Nay Pyi Taw on 18–19 August 2015.

The 14th Meeting of the Greater Mekong Subregion Working Group on Human Resource Development was held on 19-20 November 2015 in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
